Shipping policy

Order Processing

Processing time is 3–5 business days (checking, packing, forwarding to logistics, dispatch).

Please note: processing time is separate from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time.

During peak seasons (holidays, promotions, etc.), processing may take longer.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Standard: 3–8 business days (tracking available)

Expedited: 2–3 business days

Free shipping may apply for orders above a promotional threshold.

International Shipping

Rest of the world: approx. 3–12 business days (tracking availability varies by country).

Customs delays: We do not control customs clearance and cannot be responsible for any delays that may occur.

In rare cases, packages may be delayed beyond the stated timeframe. If tracking shows no updates for more than 30–60 business days, we will arrange a replacement shipment.

Holiday seasons (Nov–Dec) or promotions may result in longer delivery times.

Tracking Orders

Tracking information will be sent by email once your order has been dispatched.

If you do not receive a tracking number within 48 hours after dispatch, please contact us.

Order Cancellation

Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.

If you cancel within 30 minutes before processing begins, a transaction fee of $20 per order applies.
